Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available through our courier partner).
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges may apply.
Please double-check your details before confirming the order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within India.
International shipping will be updated if available in the future.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to repeated delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, reshipping charges may apply.
Refunds for such cases will exclude the shipping cost.
