Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your donation or payment, we are unable to offer a full refund or adjustment.

To be eligible for a refund, the donation or payment must have been made in error or duplicated. The request should include complete details of the transaction.

Certain contributions are not eligible for refunds. Donations made voluntarily for charitable causes cannot be returned. We also do not refund payments used for completed projects, relief activities, or services already delivered.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Voluntary donations

  • Downloadable resources

  • Event tickets already utilized

  • Services that have been fully rendered

To process your request, we require a valid receipt or proof of payment.

Please do not send any physical items to the organisation.

There are specific cases where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Contribution made with incomplete details

  • Payment processed multiple times due to user error

  • Any transaction not matching the original payment information

  • Any request submitted after 30 days of the transaction

Refunds

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email that we have received your refund claim. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your card provider, as posting delays may occur.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds may require additional processing time.

Sale items

Discounted or concession-based contributions are not eligible for refunds. Only standard payments may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace registrations or event passes if there was an error from our side. Gifts

If a donation was made as a gift and assigned directly to you, you may receive a credit for the value of the contribution. Once the request is verified, a confirmation will be emailed to you.

If the donation was not marked as a gift or was paid by someone on your behalf, the refund will be issued to the original payer, who will be informed accordingly.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for covering your own courier or shipping charges. These costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Depending on your location, delivery timelines for exchanged documents may vary.

For higher-value submissions, you may consider using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee receipt of mailed items.
